Slides from the Strategic Plan Community Meeting
Video of the Community Meeting
Community, parent/guardian, staff forums and an electronic survey resulted in 661 people providing input for the planning process. A Strategic Planning Team of community members, parents/guardians, staff and students participated in an all-day planning retreat on October 11, 2014.
Throughout the planning process the community expressed high expectations of Pennfield Schools becoming a world class school district and having all students be successful learners in whichever post-secondary pathway they choose to pursue (College/University, Technical trade school, U.S. Military, workforce). Even though some of the goals are extremely high, they reflect the strong desire that has been expressed to embrace significant change and dramatically improve the school system.
