K-5 Drama Program

If you have heard that there was some new program being developed for the K-5 program in drama-- it is really happening!!

The students in grades K-5 will be able to tryout for a show that will put their acting skills, singing skills and dancing skills to work for a show to be put on in May.  All students who try out for the show will have a part--some will sing and dance, and some will have lines, sing and dance.

The tryouts will be March 17th at 5:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

We cannot announce the show right now until the license is processed through the music company-- but as soon as it is--which should be by Thurs. March 12, 2015, we will announce the title of the production--know that it is a show that students and parents will love and it seems that everyone has seen the movie. This is going to be an exciting and busy time for K-5 children and we need everyone to help  make it a great show!!! Rehearsal schedules and costuming will be discussed at the tryouts. Volunteers to help students, building sets, constructing costumes will be needed too--so if you're willing to help we have a job for you!!   Come and join us--it's going to be a lot of fun!!!

Visit the PSEF website and learn about the community based non-profit
organization that is a fund of the Battle Creek Community Foundation.

Their mission is accomplished by raising and distributing funds
in the form of grants and scholarships to those who may have a special
need or innovative project that, previously, would have gone unfunded or
unaccounted for in any budget.
