Pennfield Performing Arts Center Reservations 2019-20
All district administrators, teachers’ and staff requesting reservations for the Pennfield high school auditorium during the 2019-20 school year for any and all events including but not limited to concerts, rehearsals, movies, meetings, presentations, classroom instruction, performances, etc., will need to fill out the attached Pennfield Auditorium Reservation Request form for each requested event.  This form is also located on the Pennfield Performing Arts Center home page under Departments at www.pennfield.net.  Please use this form to obtain your 2019-20 reservations as soon as you have prospective dates available.  Your reservations will be reviewed and approved as the calendar allows and as technology and facility needs dictate.  Reservations need to be placed at least two weeks in advance with priority given to previously scheduled events.  If your reservation is not requested through this form, it will not be scheduled and use of the auditorium will not be permitted.
Your Pennfield Auditorium Reservation Request will be reviewed and an email correspondence will verify receipt of your request, review regarding your requested date and times and reservation.  Once your date is approved, it will be posted to the Pennfield high school calendar with red as the event color to designate that is an auditorium reservation.  A copy of the calendar reservation will be emailed to you as verification that your event date is reserved.  Please watch for this calendar event to come to your inbox.  If you do not receive correspondence in a timely manor please follow up with Kari Troutman – troutmak@pennfield.net or Amy Rosa – rosaa@pennfield.net to confirm that your requested reservation was received.
