How to Access PowerSchool and Swift K12 Messaging System

Pennfield’s Student Information System (SIS) is called PowerSchool. PowerSchool is an advanced SIS used by schools across the country. Its functions include grading, attendance, and the scheduling of courses for teachers and students.

PowerSchool is capable of allowing parents and students to access student grades and attendance in real time.

SwiftK12 is an app inside of PowerSchool used to send out messages and information to Parents, students and staff.  Once you have your PowerSchool Parent account running, you can adjust or change the way you are notified by the school (email, SMS, Phone)

Parents

Being informed and up to date on your child’s education is crucial. We encourage you to sign up and use a PowerSchool account to follow grades, attendance and more. To get the information you need, please do the following:

Step one: You will need your student’s access ID and Password. You can get this from your
students building office by requesting a letter. The access codes are different for parents and students so you will need to contact the building office for the codes.
