Pennfield Schools is excited to be working on implementing a new messaging system, School Messenger, throughout the District. As we prepare the new system, an opt-in text message will be sent out to all staff and student families on Thursday, September 12th at 5:00 p.m. Please follow the directions on the text to “opt-in” to ensure that you receive text alerts from Pennfield Schools. In the event that you do not receive an opt-in text message on Thursday, September 12th at 5:00 p.m., please contact your student’s building office for next steps on updating your contact information. Please make sure that you “opt-in” on Thursday to ensure that you receive SMS text alerts from the District! Thank you for your support as we continue to make updates to our messaging system.

District Update: Messaging System SMS Opt-In Text on September 12th
Important information pertaining to Dunlap afternoon parent pick up: In order to enhance safety, efficiency, and ensure a smooth pick-up process for all students, we will be modifying a few procedures starting Monday, September 9, 2024. What's Changing? Pick Up Time: We kindly request that parents arrive between 3:00-3:40 pm to pick up their children, and not before. This will help us reduce congestion during Middle/High School pick up times as well as ensuring a timely dismissal for all students. The Dunlap line will not start until 3:00 pm and the current waiting area will be blocked off to ensure all middle school parents can make it through the back lot to pick up their students. Designated Waiting Location: For Parents that are picking up multiple students from different buildings, you will be routed back towards the high school with all middle school pick ups. Please park in the High School staff parking/bus lot and wait until 3:00 pm for the Dunlap line to start if you do not wish to leave campus between picking up students. All other procedures for Dunlap pick ups will remain the same. Please work with us to make these few small changes to help improve the safety and efficiency. If you have any questions or concerns please call Mrs Hill (269) 961-9789. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
