Continuous Improvement Team (CIT)
Pennfield Schools is driven to pursue continuous improvement across the District. In order to effectively pursue continuous leadership, we know that collaborative team-based leadership is essential. The Continuous Improvement Team is comprised of leaders throughout the District that meets once monthly to help implement, monitor, and adjust initiatives as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for all stakeholders. The Continuous Improvement Team is both data-driven and research-based and work to connect the strategic plan to current District initiatives while ensuring successful implementation.
